2. Eligibility to Use

3. Products & Authenticity

  • All products sold on Well Scented are 100% authentic and genuine
  • Fragrance decants are portions of original perfumes transferred into smaller bottles for sampling or travel purposes
  • Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from actual packaging due to batch variations or brand updates

4. Decants – Special Disclosure

By purchasing decants, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Decants are not manufacturer-packed products
  • Bottles, sprayers, and packaging used for decants are independently sourced
  • Fragrance performance may vary slightly due to exposure, transport, or atomizer type

Decants are prepared with utmost care and hygiene

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies

Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the timelines mentioned on the website or order confirmation
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrances:

  • Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Decants are strictly non-returnable
  • Returns are accepted only if
    • the wrong product was delivered
    • the product was damaged during transit (unboxing video mandatory)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable timeline

8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

  • Fragrances may contain allergens
  • Well Scented is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin issues
  • Customers are advised to perform a patch test before regular use

Purchases are made at the customer’s discretion and responsibility

All original content on this website is the property of Well Scented and protected under applicable intellectual property laws
Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, and images belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes
